（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭縣22日電）總統當選人蔡英文今天說，政權輪替過渡期間，若行政院長毛治國不願留任，總統馬英九須盡速在內閣找有經驗且社會信賴度足夠的人維持政府運作，「若有需要，我們會來協助」。
蔡英文與副總統當選人陳建仁上午到宜蘭縣參加謝票茶會，受當地後援會與支持者歡迎。
蔡英文受訪表示，不是第一次政黨輪替，有前例可循。新民意出現後，現在的政府進入看守狀態，有幾個任務，維持政府正常運作、政局穩定及做好政權交接工作。
她再度呼籲馬總統在這段期間，應遵循這些任務與原則。
蔡英文表示，看守政府部會首長應盡職守，做好分內工作，尤其是維持政府正常運作是最重要工作。
馬總統17日說，兩岸建立領導人會面模式，並為新模式跨出第一步，讓兩岸領導人遵循這個模式，延續兩岸和平交流、互利雙贏現狀；此外，有媒體詢問，傳中國大陸方面已開始施壓，訪台中國大陸觀光客傳減少。
